• Respect others’ time and boundaries — not everyone can commit, and that’s okay.
• No recruiting minors for adult projects. Yes, 16 is still too young according to Adelina's standards (and yes, her standards are very strict, apologies in advance).
• Keep communication kind, clear, and collaborative.
