Atelier Community Policy & Accountability Framework

Applies to all parts of Adelina’s Atelier — the website, blog, Cozy Corner forum, events, and any affiliated projects.

Whether you’re commenting on a blog post, joining a discussion in the Cozy Corner, or attending an Atelier event, the same community standards apply everywhere.

🌸 Unified Conduct Standards

The following policies extend to every area of the Atelier:

No bullying, harassment, stalking, or doxxing.
No hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks.
No discrimination — positive or negative — based on identity or circumstance.
No manipulation, threats, or grooming behavior.
No unauthorized data collection, selling, or promotion (GDPR and FSMA compliance).
No exploitation of minors or vulnerable individuals.

All members are equal under these standards.
We are proudly inclusive, but bad behavior is never excused by identity, background, or personal circumstance.
Empathy does not mean permissiveness.

🚫 Accountability System

The Atelier uses a three-strike model for all areas of participation.

3 strikes = permanent ban.
1 strike for adults in cases involving minors.
Automatic strike for lying about age or identity.
Immediate ban for predatory, exploitative, or illegal behavior.

Every incident is documented and visible in the public Account Actions & Transparency Log.
The record includes:

Username or alias
Date
Short reason (1 sentence)
Rule reference
Action taken

If a permanent ban occurs, a detailed post is written for community clarity and closure.

This applies equally to all Atelier spaces — forum, blog, Discord (if any), email lists, and events.

🧸 Moderation Across the Atelier

Moderators uphold safety across every branch of the Atelier, not just the Cozy Corner.
This includes:

Forum discussions
Blog comments and replies
Virtual workshops or gatherings
Social media accounts directly tied to Adelina’s Atelier

All moderators follow the same ethical guidelines and report directly to Adelina, the founder and lead moderator.

🕯️ Adelina’s Role

Adelina is the final decision-maker across the Atelier.
Her decisions are made thoughtfully, transparently, and in the best interest of the community.
They are not open to public dispute, but they are always explained through the Account Actions Log for clarity.

🧾 Atelier Account Actions & Transparency Log

(applies to all community spaces)

Use this public log for clear, consistent recordkeeping.
You can label each entry by category — e.g. “Forum,” “Blog,” or “Event.”

Example Format:

🧾 `[Username] – Strike #1 (Blog Comment – 03/11/2025)`

Reason: Used disrespectful language toward another member.
Rule: Core Values – Respect and Kindness
Outcome: Warning and first strike. Comment removed.

🚫 `[Username] – Permanent Ban (Cozy Corner – 05/12/2025)`

Reason: Harassment of a minor through private messages.
Rule: Protection of Minors
Outcome: Permanent ban issued. All related users informed privately.
Transparency Note: Public record for closure and accountability.

📘 `[Username] – Strike #2 (Event – 10/02/2026)`

Reason: Ignored moderator direction during live Atelier event.
Rule: Escalation and Respect
Outcome: Temporary suspension from events for 14 days.
